Women's Leadership Training: October 2, 2026

The Women’s Leadership Training Series is an engaging, in-person professional development experience designed to strengthen women at every stage of their leadership journey—from emerging leaders and professionals preparing for advancement to experienced women navigating greater levels of responsibility and influence.

Women bring significant talent, experience, and perspective to the workplace, yet barriers to advancement remain. According to the 2025 Women in the Workplace report from McKinsey & Company and LeanIn.Org, women remain underrepresented at every level of the corporate leadership pipeline and hold only 29% of C-suite positions

Access to development and relationships also matters. Four in ten entry-level women reported receiving no promotion, stretch assignment, or opportunity to participate in leadership or career training during the previous two years. Women are also less likely than men to have effective sponsorship, even though employees with sponsors are promoted at nearly twice the rate of employees without them.

This training series helps address those gaps by creating an intentional space where women can develop their leadership capacity, strengthen confidence, increase professional visibility, build meaningful relationships, and receive mentoring and coaching from experienced leaders.

Through interactive conversations, practical leadership development, targeted coaching, mentoring, reflection, and networking, participants will explore areas such as:

  • Leadership confidence, presence, and communication
  • Career advancement and professional growth
  • Self-awareness and leading with authenticity
  • Navigating workplace challenges and organizational dynamics
  • Mentorship, sponsorship, and building a strong professional network
  • Visibility, self-advocacy, and recognizing opportunities
  • Resilience, boundaries, and sustainable leadership
  • Identifying intentional next steps for continued growth

Just as importantly, women need spaces where they do not have to develop in isolation. This experience brings women together to exchange perspectives, learn from one another, build trusted relationships, and develop connections that can extend beyond the training itself.

The Women’s Leadership Training series is more than a professional development event. It is an investment in women’s leadership capacity and in creating stronger workplaces and communities by ensuring women have access to the tools, relationships, encouragement, and opportunities they need to lead and advance.
