What Is the Emerging Leaders Academy?
The Emerging Leaders Academy (ELA) is an immersive leadership development experience created by LeadershipHub Training Institute. ELA supports young adults navigating education, career entry, and early professional growth through leadership skill-building, career readiness, mentorship, and community connection.
While immersive cohorts will launch in 2026, participants can engage now through the LTI Virtual Community—beginning their leadership journey early and intentionally.

- 🏠 Residents of San Joaquin County and the regional area (Sacramento through Stanislaus County)
- 💼 Preparing for workforce entry, advancement, or postsecondary transitions
