About Us

Leadership Hub Training institute (LTI)

At LeadershipHub Training Institute, we are committed to expanding opportunities for women and men by redefining leadership through transformative workforce development initiatives and a dynamic, results-driven collaborative community. We believe in equipping individuals with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to succeed and lead in their careers.

We envision a thriving network where individuals from all walks of life come together to share knowledge, strengthen leadership skills, and drive meaningful progress. By fostering innovation, mentorship, and opportunity, we help individuals unlock their full potential and create lasting impact in their workplaces and communities.

Navigating life’s journey is rarely easy, especially as you mature into adulthood with dreams of entering the workforce and building a meaningful career. The path is often riddled with challenges—limited champions to guide you, scarce resources to support you, and little access to information that can open doors of opportunity. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed, defeated, or lost. Sometimes, these barriers are so daunting that you don’t even try to discover your full potential.
We exist to change that narrative at LeadershipHub Training Institute (LTI).

We believe that everyone, regardless of their background, deserves the opportunity to thrive in a career and become a transformative leader. That’s why we’ve built a platform rooted in empathy, empowerment, and purpose-driven transformation—a safe space where aspirations are nurtured, obstacles are overcome, and potential is realized.

We aim to close workforce skills gaps, champion all voices, and provide the resources and community needed to build confidence, resilience, and leadership excellence. Through tailored workshops, mentorship, and a collaborative network, we support individuals at every stage of their journey—whether stepping into their first job, pivoting careers, or leading from the top.

At LTI, we speak with understanding because we know the struggles you face; we’ve been there. We know that feeling valued, seen, and equipped to succeed can make all the difference. Our clear and actionable approach gives you the tools, strategies, and encouragement to take meaningful steps toward your goals.

We also recognize that leadership is not a solitary endeavor. The most impactful leaders embrace all perspectives, foster supportive environments, and create spaces for others to thrive. Together, we’re not just developing leaders; we’re building a stronger and innovative workforce.

This is our story. It’s about empowering you to write yours. At LeadershipHub Training Institute, we’re here to remind you that your journey matters, your voice matters, and your leadership has the power to create lasting, positive change.

Let’s take the journey together—because the future of leadership is yours to shape.

Dr. Jonni Redick, President and CEO

Dr. Redick brings unparalleled expertise and passion to her role as President and CEO, shaped by a distinguished 29-year career with the California Highway Patrol (CHP). Rising through the ranks from a county clerical worker to Assistant Chief, she shattered barriers as one of the “less-than-one-percent” women of color in law enforcement executive leadership. During her executive tenure at CHP, she provided executive oversight for operations spanning 25 counties, overseeing hundreds of personnel and managing critical functions, including public safety, emergency response, and organizational development.

Dr. Redick’s strategic vision is rooted in her extensive leadership experience in a multi-billion-dollar state agency and her academic credentials: a Master of Science in Law Enforcement and Public Safety Leadership from the University of San Diego and a Doctor of Education in Organizational Change and Administration from California Baptist University. A lifelong educator and mentor, she has instructed law enforcement leaders for over 20 years and currently serves as adjunct faculty at the University of San Diego and San Joaquin Delta College.

Her leadership philosophy emphasizes innovation, equity, and empowerment, driven by her commitment to fostering inclusive communities and championing underrepresented voices. Dr. Redick’s contributions extend to her roles in professional organizations, including the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE) and the Association of American University of Women (AAUW), where she actively advances public safety and equity initiatives. She has successfully collaborated on national projects in collaboration with the National Highway Transportation and Safety Agency and Johns Hopkins University, bringing a crucial equity perspective as a recognized subject matter expert. Dr. Redick’s exceptional background, combined with her deep dedication to purposeful leadership and organizational change, uniquely positions her to guide her organization’s vision and mission toward creating transformative impact.

Our young college athletes need this so much. We work hard to get them graduated and find jobs but it takes a village.

Mary L.

I can't thank you enough for your knowledge and guidance. When I was in my interview, I was so prepared and it gave me the confidence I needed.

Matt M.

LTI provided our leadership team with vulnerable conversations that reshaped our approach to building more supportive environments for our staff to learn and grow.

Tony L.

I so appreciate better understanding how to level up my leadership from a supervisor to a manager. Especially how to not wait on others to develop me, but to proactively invest in my own professional growth.
